She helped me keep on track with the goals I had outlined I wanted to work on and we slowly worked towards those goals. We had weekly check-ins to see how I was progressing weekly. “I first met Jessica at the school I taught at (we were both part of the opening team), she was the PE teacher and athletic director. There she was a mentor for me as it was my first year coaching middle school sports and she helped me every step of the way! When she left and told me she was starting her Wholee Healthy company and she was looking for clients, I knew this was my opportunity to start making positive changes with my life. She sent out a very detailed survey to provide her as much information about myself and life as possible.
