We offer a free Holistic Health Assessment for anyone who is interested in our services. It helps you get a general feel for what our program entails and helps us get to know you. Once you submit the assessment, we provide you with a free outline of a unique program that we would create just for you. Again, this is at no cost to you!

If you choose to go forward with our program, we then do a face-to-face (or Skype if preferred) meeting where we get to know you a little better, create goals, and give you more general program information. You also decide if you would like to add any of our premium services to your program. Our premium services include in-depth exercise and nutrition services. Then, we take your information and formulate a unique program for you. Once the program is ready, we meet again and get started!
