Starting the Decade Strong

Hey all! It’s been awhile, but I wanted to extend an invite to you all for a Facebook accountability group I’m starting up! It’s called BEstYOU Bootcamp, and it’s a community of women focusing on health and being the best versions of ourselves… We’ll have daily posts, recipe sharing, and just overall support! With the last few days of the year and DECADE left, it’s a great time to reflect on the last decade, but also to look forward to the next… What are you proud of from the last decade? What do you want your life to look like in 10 years?! It starts by choosing that direction NOW and starting down the path….

Want to run a marathon? You can’t do it today, but you can sign up for the race and research training plans. Want to lose 20 pounds? You can’t do it today, but you can come up with a tangible plan for doing it and start making healthy choices starting with your next meal… TODAY!

It’s all about the small choices we make that that will add to to BIG things this next year… And next decade!

And if all of this is too heavy for today, well, remember to smile…. Because it’s Friday!
