Fitness Coach Journey

Hey all! I know I mentioned taking a step back with my Wholee Healthy company for the time being, and I’ve found a great way to do that while still building my business knowledge and coaching skills. I am now going to be an independent fitness coach through a renown fitness company! This will give me the flexibility to keep working with my current Wholee Healthy clients while adding some new fitness clients in less hands-on setting. This opportunity to still coach and improve my business skills while I’m figuring out the “mother of two” role at home is ideal for my specific career goals! I am so excited for this new chapter! This a journey I’ve considered for awhile, as it will give me access to hundreds of at-home workouts (to get healthy again after baby #2!) while also allowing me to help others reach their unique fitness goals– which is my passion! It may seem like a crazy time to take on something like this, but the part that sold me were the pregnancy and postnatal workouts that will help me stay fit throughout the last month or so of pregnancy as well as get back on my feet after my baby girl is born! And I have the flexibility to work with clients as I have time.

I’ve seen success for others and used a lot of these workouts before, and I just started up my third trimester workouts and yoga! It feels great! An awesome part about this company is that it offers workouts for so many different skill levels, circumstances, and preferences that just about anybody can find at least one program that fits their unique abilities and goals… The best part is, you can do the workouts from home and a lot of them offer 30 minute or less options if you’re pressed for time.

Over the next few months, I’ll be sharing more a little more about my personal fitness journey, and my hope is that it motivates and inspires you to pursue an active lifestyle as well. Otherwise, nothing will change about Wholee Healthy- I’ll keep holistic health at the heart of my posts, and won’t push my products- I’ll just sing their praises from time to time. I always strive to be authentic and real with this community- this company is still my ultimate goal as a career! This is why I have separate pages dedicated to my new endeavor.
