And before you know it… July is done! With it, the Go Natural Challenge is coming to an end. I have to say, it was well worth it for me! I had begun to feel bad about the pregnancy weight and feeling the need to overcompensate by wearing makeup/buying maternity clothes/etc… the Challenge helped me to become more comfortable in my pregnant body and to focus more on growing a baby than on how the maternity clothes models look vs me (are they even pregnant, really?!). But, it helped me to be much more at peace with weight gain and the future body that I will have for the months of breastfeeding and adjusting to two kids after the birth as well. Does this mean I’ll stay perfectly content with my body for the next months of my life? Of course not! But I am in a much better place than I was!

How did the Challenge affect you? Even if you only eliminated something small or tried it for a week or so, did you see any benefits? I’d love to hear about your journey! Email me or share below in the comments!
This is the last challenge I’m taking on before our next little girl makes her debut! It also marks a year since I’ve had Wholee Healthy up and running! I’m so excited about this company, but also know that it needs to take the back burner for awhile, as focusing on my kiddos is my #1 priority! And, keeping with my holistic health beliefs, I know that I shouldn’t take on too much! I’ll keep posting here and there and take any quick questions that you may have for me (race training, weight loss, nutrition, organization, communication advice, etc). If you have any healthy recipes, motivational quotes, inspirational messages, health facts, or any successes/struggles that you’d like to share with the Wholee Healthy community, feel free to send them my way! I love the Wholee Healthy community and can’t wait to contribute more to it in the future, but for now, this third trimester mama (who is getting over the stomach flu) is going to take a much needed rest and prep for baby girl #2!
