Hi everyone! I let time get away from me a bit, but still wanted to wrap up the Clean Eating Challenge! For those of you who were doing the Clean Eating Challenge with me, I hope that February proved to be a month full of healthy new recipes, food education, and new, clean eating habits that you are continuing to implement in your life.
I personally loved getting the sugar out of my diet and definitely saw benefits in my energy as well as my mood. I found that it was very freeing to eliminate only sugar, as there were still so many healthy foods I could choose from. I didn’t feel that I was limiting my nutrient options, as I have felt in the past when doing different kinds of elimination diets.
I am unsure of what the next challenge is going to be, but I am brainstorming some ideas. Let me know if you have any challenges in mind! I’m hoping to get one started for the month of April. Overall, it is fun to have you participating and joining in this health journey with me!
