
February’s challenge is the Clean Eating Challenge! This month is all about eating clean and reaping the amazing benefits of nourishing your body with good, clean, and wholesome food! I invite you to make this challenge your own. If you started the year off with good intentions and got off track, if you are going strong, but could use some extra motivation, if you just want more energy during the day, or if you want to jump start a weight loss goal, join the challenge this month!
Some may choose to do the Whole30, others Paleo, some Keto, and some may just try cutting out soda. Whatever you feel the drive to change, make February the month you start a transformation in your diet!

I am personally going to be focus on simple, clean eating. I initially thought of cutting out sugar, which I will do for the most part with the exception of my protein powder. The complex carbs I am eating will just be steel cut oats, quinoa, brown rice, and other 100% whole grain foods. Dairy will just be sugar-free, probiotic yogurt. I am cutting out all alcohol, as well as any processed sugar (other than my protein powder)… I am allowing myself maple syrup and honey for sweeteners. All veggies, fruits, legumes, and proteins are a go!
