Happy 2019!

WHOLEE HEALTHY UPDATE: Wholee Healthy is back! The Social Media Blackout was a very refreshing challenge for me, and I hope others of you who did it with me felt the same! I’m taking January off from challenges, as I’m starting a new nanny gig for my sweet little nephew! I’m also starting to train for an 8K trail run in March, so I am going to take a month off to adjust to my new routine! Keep a look out for a few posts here and there throughout January. ðŸ˜Š

In February, Wholee Healthy will be doing a clean eating challenge. I know many of you are embarking on a clean eating journey for the new year, but hopefully having this challenge in February will encourage you to continue your efforts and make them into new habits!
