The Exercise Challenge has Begun!

icandoitIt is August 1st! The Exercise Challenge begins today! I am so excited for everyone participating in the challenge. There are around 60 of us getting out there, moving our bodies, and getting healthier together! Some of us are starting workout programs for the first time, some are lifting, some are training for races, some walking, some starting the 21 Day Fix, and so much more! I hope you find this challenge gets you on track with your exercise habits and you find a workout that you enjoy and can sustain for a long, long time. I’d love to hear what you are doing for the challenge!
