Welcome to Wholee Healthy! My name is Jess Kociemba, and I am a Holistic Health Coach looking to improve the health and well-being of those around me through one-on-one coaching, challenges, and running a free health accountability group on Facebook, BEstYOU Boot Camp.
My background is in Health and Physical Education, and I also have a background deeply immersed in the fitness world, namely volleyball- playing, conditioning, and coaching. I also have gone through a 30 pound weight loss journey after my daughter was born, created race training programs (half marathon, 10k, 8k trail, but am open to creating more!), and created exercise and nutrition plans that I have personally found successful, as have my clients. My passion, expertise, experiences, personal healthy lifestyle, and desire to improve the health and lives of those around me is why I created Wholee Healthy.
Holistic Health: The way I like to view health is “holistically”, or based on our whole lives, not just our physical health. The 6 Dimensions of Health model that I use includes: Physical Health, Mental/Emotional Health, Spiritual Health, Social Health, Environmental Health, and Intellectual Health.

Challenges: Wholee Healthy has done Challenges in the past that are outlined for you if you’d like to do one on your own! Right now, challenges are solely in the BEstYOU accountability group, but I hope to expand that back to the blog soon! Each challenge focuses on a different dimension of health and encourages you to get outside of your comfort zone to make a healthy change. They can help eliminate unhealthy habits or add new, healthier habits to your routine.
Blogs: I also have dedicated part of my website to blog posts. I have written about different subjects, usually dedicating them to the subject/dimension of health our current monthly challenge is focusing on. I have additionally wrote a series of posts on how to approach weight loss holistically.
