Welcome to Wholee Healthy! My name is Jess Kociemba, and I am a Holistic Health Coach empowering women to be the best version of themselves by building sustainable habits that last a lifetime!
My background is in Health and Physical Education, and I also have a background deeply immersed in the fitness world, namely volleyball- playing, conditioning, and coaching. My passion, expertise, experiences, personal healthy lifestyle, and desire to improve the health and lives of those around me is why I created Wholee Healthy.
My book, Women’s Cyclical Health Guide, was published in 2023 after I did a deep dive into women’s health and healed naturally from a hypothyroid, adrenal fatigue, menstrual migraines, and am thriving with a healthy cycle despite a diagnosis of PCOS.
I have also gone through a few successful weight loss journeys after having two babies, and I have learned how to safely and sustainably lose, albeit the hard way from experiencing many of the above mentioned health setbacks after doing it the wrong way. I now love to help women through their own weight loss and weight management journeys and am launching a cycle syncing exercise program soon!
Holistic Health: The way I like to view health is “holistically”, or based on our whole lives, not just our physical health. The 6 Dimensions of Health model that I use includes: Physical Health, Mental/Emotional Health, Spiritual Health, Social Health, Environmental Health, and Intellectual Health.
